Kinetic Cleaning (“we”, “us”) is a cleaning business based in Brighton, Ontario. We respect your privacy and only collect the information we need to answer your questions, quote your job and provide our services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, call, text or email us, you may share your name, phone number, email address, town or city, the services you’re interested in, and details about your property or job.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses tools from Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) that use cookies to tell us how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages were viewed, the type of device and browser, the general location (city or region), and whether a visit came from one of our ads. This information does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare your quote
- To schedule, provide and invoice our services
- To follow up about your job or recurring service
- To understand which ads and pages are working, so we can improve our website and advertising
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the service providers we use to run our business, such as our website hosting, email and form delivery services, and only as needed for them to do their job. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
If we can’t take on a job ourselves and think another trusted local provider could help, we will only pass along your details with your permission.
Our quotes are confidential
Every quote we provide is prepared specifically for the person or business that requested it, and is for their use only. Quotes, including their pricing and details, may not be shared with competitors or any other third party. Misuse of our quotes may result in legal action.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our business, tax and legal record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it.
How we protect it
Our website uses a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you.
Your choices
- Access, correction or deletion. You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing us.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Marketing. We don’t send marketing emails. If that ever changes, we’ll ask first and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
