Why “Kinetic Cleaning”?

Can you clean upper windows without a ladder?
When suitable, yes. We use pure-water cleaning with a multi-stage filtration system and water-fed poles to safely clean upper-level windows without ladders or harsh chemicals. Avoiding ladder work helps prevent accidents and damage to your property.
Will pressure washing damage my property?
Not with the right approach. Each property requires a tailored approach to ensure effective results without causing damage, and delicate surfaces like siding, paint and roofing materials get a gentle, low-pressure soft-wash instead.
What if my property has limited water?
No problem! We come equipped with a dedicated 1,000 L water tote tank for locations with limited water access, a limited supply, or low pressure.
Do you offer discounts for regular service?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for recurring service, whether weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal.
Can you clean gas stations without shutting us down?
Yes. All work is carried out with strict safety procedures in place while avoiding full disruption of daily operations, and we are happy to accommodate any location-specific needs.
Do you work with multi-site operators?
Yes. Our gas station package is ideal for single locations or multi-site operators, with uniform pricing available for clients managing multiple stations or cardlock sites.
Do you offer office or home cleaning?
Depending on the job and location, yes. Email us at info@kineticcleaning.ca with what you need, including anything not listed on our site. We’ll either take care of it ourselves or refer you to a reliable contact in your area.

Are your cleaning products safe?
We prioritize biodegradable products, including the degreaser used in our soft-washing, and follow safety-focused procedures on every job.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Brighton and regularly serve Quinte West, Belleville, Kingston, Brockville, Cobourg, Peterborough, Oshawa and the GTA. For gas stations and larger projects, we travel across Ontario, from Windsor to Cornwall and north to Timmins.
